Alpina has almost finalised the milk processing plant in Keqekolla, close to his farm, with a space of about 1300sq/m (three floors building), being built based on the EU (HACCP) standard with a new advanced technology, having separate lines for milk, cheese, hard cheese, yogurt,  kos, milk cream, etc ( on different units/packaging). The plant will start being operational by the beginning of November. Since the milk products competition is quite high and the import is playing the crucial role in this sector, now Alpina, based on the analysis of the market and the conditions of the region concerning the milk (raw material) resources, has required assistance in marketing consulting in order to be ready in the same time with production to penetrate to the market.
